 Importance of Communication in the Daily Business World : 

1. Life-Line of any Organisation :   Communication is very important for a business, without it the superiors, the flow is upward and the message is or organisation cannot function. An organisation is a group of people associated for a business, social or other purposes. Its activities require human beings to interact and communicate. Effective business communication,oral and written, is a life blood of an organisation.

2. Facilitate better Decision Making: Good communication skills to enhance the ability to take decisions and also the better decisions, as the communication process increases the SCope of information exchange between the different individuals.

3.Facilitate better Coordination of Work: Communication process improves the coordination of work among the persons involved as regular communication and feedback helps in understanding the problem in performing the tasks and duties properly.

4. Facilitate Exchange of Information: Communication enhances the rate of information exchange among the employees and different levels of management. More effective the communication process more the rate of information exchange.

5. Facilitate better Leadership: Communication is a basic tool for motivation and an increase in the morals of the employees, largely depends upon the effectiveness of the communication. Supervision is not possible without effective communication. Many conflicts arise out of the misunderstanding of the motives and point of views are resolved to a great extents by a good communication skill on the part of management. Thus, leadership qualities arise in the employees who are good communicators and know how to convince the others.
